Clinton comes from our sister properties in Kansas City and we are so incredibly excited to have him as a part of the One Cardinal Way team.

Clinton started his professional career in the Entertainment Industry as the Customer Relations Manager for the largest theatre chain in the nation. He spent 11 years training the Customer Service Department as well as over 500 theatre managers across the nation in handling customer service and customer related issues. After a move to Kansas City from Knoxville, Tennessee in 2014, he slowly found his way into the Leasing Industry. Now with 3 years’ experience, he has found a true passion for guiding prospect residents through each step of their home search, ensuring a perfect fit while providing the very best in customer service. As the Multisite Leasing Specialist for One Light and Two Light, Clinton has assisted in leasing, resident services, giving tours of the community, processing rental applications, marketing, event planning and hosting. Clinton is experienced in leasing, project management, hospitality, and brings years of experience in customer service management and luxury multifamily buildings.
